join a club with pool, gym, and tennis courts

I live within the boundaries of a suburban “park and recreation district,” and after proving my residency (which included getting my first OR driver’s license) I now have relatively inexpensive access (because the district is partially paid for with residents’ tax payments) to a variety of pools, gyms, and tennis courts (including indoor courts) within the district.
