Happy!

How I did it: Well i've known since i was little that i wanted to be in a book, i don't think i even cared which one or why or anything like that. In December 2008 i was out in Seattle, Washington staying with my brother,sister in law, and niece. I was helping babysit while they looked for jobs. I had met two cool girls on the internet that lived about two hours away from where i was at.They were both huge Twilight fans like me. We had talked about meeting up in a joking way.Well then we got this crazy idea to drive to Forks,Wa. The town Bella in the book Twilight lived in.Forks was Four hours away from Tacoma where my brother lived. Well on Christmas Eve the girls picked me up at about 10pm and we all road tripped out there! It was AMAZING, it was a beautiful ride, we all had a lot in common, we listened to music and danced and took tons of photos, which sadly i lost but it was a good experience. We met a lot of people that lived in the town, one being Chris Cook the writer of the Forks Forum Newspaper, he has posted our photo in the town newspaper with a little blurb about how we met, where we're from and we went through a blizzard to get out there (True story.) He later procedeed to write the Twilight Territory book, and included the same article in the book! How awesome is that? And yes it was risky to meet people on the internet but it wasn't the first time and we spoke on the phone prior, and i am safe they're awesome and this was all worth it! How I did it: I asked the author personally via e-mail. It took a few days, but he finally sent me a message back saying I could be in his next book. I had been in contact with him before this, so that might have helped. Read how I did it… 2 years ago
