One time recently I walked into a local pizza parlor for lunch. As we were being seated a baby literally jumped out of her mother’s arms and into mine. The strange thing was the mother just smiled and let me hold her.
That was a clue to my true talents…
My books will explore the world around us in ways children can understand. :)

and the Washington Post/Children’s Book Guild Nonfiction Award are both something I would love to achieve for my writings for children about nature and the environment.
I am truly inspired by 2 recent winners of the Children’s Guild Award, 2004 Winner Dorothy Patent and 2006 Winner Sneed Collard,III both currently live in Missoula.
Is it a small world or do birds of a feather truly flock together?
