and i’m so done with running…for now. maybe in college i’ll have some motivation if my friends do it but for now i’ll just stick with a form of exercising i enjoy like yoga and dancing!

Can’t believe I actually ran that early, but I did and it was great. There were no neighbors watching, the weather was nice and cool, and by the time I finished running, the sun was rising.
Plus taking a cold shower afterwards really woke me up for my chorus concert which I had to perform later that morning, and I wasn’t so restless when I had to sit in the seats to watch the other choirs.
I’m going to have to do this again.
Saturday. Wake up at 6:30.
Wait, who am I kidding. I have a concert Friday night I’ll never be up that early.
New goal: Saturday December 16. Wake up at 6:30. Eat breakfast, get dressed, digest a bit. Be warmed up by 7:30, run a mile. Walk a bit. Run another mile. This week: try and find a friend crazy enough to join me.
