Spend the night in a treehouse.

and those shows that take you through them. one of my favorite things to go to at disneyland was the swiss family treehouse.

definitely a goal of mine but don’t know when it will happen.

This lodge near Calicut India was everything I wanted a treehouse lodge to be!

I saw this goal and had to adopt it.

But it got me thinking how actually, I want my own treehouse. And I’d kind of like to build it myself. Well, maybe build it myself with someone’s help. Which I guess isn’t building it myself. ANYWAY.

I’d have to live somewhere with my own yard and a nice tree in order to build my own treehouse, so I’m not going to add that to my list yet. But it’s a nice thought.

i saw this on her list of done. my night in the treehouse was in olympus, on the coast of turkey, i think the summer of 1999. total backpacker hangout, the treehouses were the main appeal of the place (and well, the eternal flame).

This goal has been on my list for a while. 2007 is the time to make it happen. Anybody have a treehouse I can spend the night in? Preferably one situated in a beautiful place with running water nearby? Anybody??????/

when i was little my neighbors and i spent one whole summer
making this incredible tree house that over looked the water and it had its own little steps and a door- i would love to spend the night in a tree house!

I did this for the first time at age seven or so, and was terrified I thought I might die. I was so excited to wake up unharmed, that the treehouse soon became my favorite sleeping spot.

Now that I have kids, It is a blast to sleep out there with them. I’ve even slept there (and done other things) when there were no kids around.
