...I really dropped the ball, didn’t I. Btw, I stopped doing crunches a long time ago. I now use an app on my wife’s tablet. It’s called “Abs Blast from Jeanette Jenkins”. She’s a well-known celeb trainer. I’ve used it for about 6 months now. It has definitely strengthened my core. Give it try!

A few months ago a talked to a fitness advisor. they have been helping me greatly with fitness goal. i have been bulking since the end of october. and will do my cut come february. i have made serious progress and i cant wait until my cut is done. 10 months ago
