How I did it: well i joined the track team freshman year, im a junior so, and my coach told me i needed to become more buff cause i was a sprinter so i started to work out every night...though i did stop a while after but i always got back to it. i just work out at home so i just do sit ups push ups (but you haveto freeze in the down position for like 5 seconds after each one it helps) and i use some weights, like the kind you can get at a store … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I trained.A LOT.But I didn't do a lot of sit-ups and stuff like that. I trained loads of different things. I did aerobics, and working out, and jogging, and yoga, and spinning. Two weeks of more brazilian jiu-jitsu training and less junk food eating, and I’m getting somewhere. My family has been getting mad at me for refusing to eat cookies, muffins, or drink soda. I’ve only cheated a couple of times, but so far my record is low. I’ve also started do some exercises in my own room. I’m getting there slowly. Does anyone know what I should do to get the other four packs to show?
I am starting to see definition of abs… the core, not the individual muscles yet… unless I really squint. ;) But this is a sign something is happening.
Been going to the gym for 3 months now doing all sorts of workouts. I have been overweight and I have been shedding fat for awhile now (swimming, jogging, cycling, rowing, you name it!). I think the abs are there, just under the remaining fat on my stomach. Would be nice for them to pop out as the fat disappears. My weight hasn’t changed that much while fat has been dropping off me, so that must be muscle mass :)
Being weak and scrawny aren’t the best things the world you could be. I basically just wanna get ripped. Does anyone know what exercises I should do?

Exercises work diffrently for everyone i find that pilates plus the p90x ab ripper work out works extrememly well for me when i’m consistent

all my gym training 6 days a week (including 1 pure abs class) im hoping to eventually build my own 6 pack. it will take a while to get there tho, becuase i first need to lose a lot of weight first. but ultimately i would like to have a 6 pack. that would be fab.
