I was reading Drive by Daniel Pink. I realized this goal is just a shallow vain goal. I have not been able to make big strides because I don’t want it bad enough. I don’t want it bad enough because I really don’t care about how I look, as long as I am healthy. To really accomplish this goal I have to have an intrinsic reason for doing this. My new reason for doing this goal. Conditioning! I workout for my jiu jitsu. I realized I plateaued with my fitness and my jiu jitsu. I need to go beyond my limits and push myself. I believe if I push myself physically and mentally to improve my jiu jitsu and my fitness. I eventually get a six pack. Read Drive by Daniel Pink or just watch his TED talk. I’m going to reevaluate all my goals on 43 things now. 6 months ago
I have had this goal before. And because I didn’t do the exercise every day I fell short of doing it. So close but so far. I have then had a couple weeks of poor diet and little exercise which has meant I have lost all of my efforts. Today I have restarted my healthy diet and I am writing out my exercise routine ready to get back on track. I will do this and I will achieve the six pack, despite what everyone says. 7 months ago
