How I did it: well i joined the track team freshman year, im a junior so, and my coach told me i needed to become more buff cause i was a sprinter so i started to work out every night...though i did stop a while after but i always got back to it. i just work out at home so i just do sit ups push ups (but you haveto freeze in the down position for like 5 seconds after each one it helps) and i use some weights, like the kind you can get at a store … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I trained.A LOT.But I didn't do a lot of sit-ups and stuff like that. I trained loads of different things. I did aerobics, and working out, and jogging, and yoga, and spinning. OK well, I already kind of have a the beginnings of a 4 pack. I’m pretty slim (30-32” waist) and seem to have the metabolism of an 8 year old because I can eat anything and not put on weight (please don’t hate me!).
But I want to put this down as a goal. To work on The Pack, I’ll be aiming to work my abs 3 times a week (hopefully-if not at least twice)- sit ups, crunches, leg raises. I’ll also be doing my usual weight routine in the gym twice a week. Might do a run every so often for cardio, however I am not actually overweight.
im really enjoying working on the six pack, i like core exersise really much i would say im starting to see a 2 pack and some deffinition on the lower two sets , got some awsome exersises i wanna try on which should give me a new angle to work them , should be good

this is one of my longer term goals, but it’s something i’d really like to have. i’m aiming to have them for next summer, but i should have them way before that if i keep training at the gym like i have.

I’m so sore ‘cause of my first abs class, it lasts a whole hour, and it’s so painful, even more after a day. I can barely move but i’ll fight it with more absss!! :S

Oh.. Looking back at this list.. Its already 5 months since my last entry..
I have started having breakfast. Which is good. I kind of has lost a little tummy now.
Need to get back on that routine exercise. – Planning to join bollywood dance classes tomorrow.

I have been trying to work out my abs here and there, but sometimes when I feel like things aren’t going well, or perhaps if things go too well, I stop and let myself overindulge in a crazy frenzy of eating. I have been going to the gym and trying to eat healthier lately, but at time, those Mc Donalds and El Polo Loco Meals get into my minds, and there it goes. Another 10 – 15 dollars. (If I’m by myself, 8 or 9 dollars.) Anyways I think that spending time with my girlfriend makes it want to eat, because we have develop into that sort of role.
So lately at the gym, I try to do 50 sit ups on the exercise ball, and 50 crunches on the exercise ball. I try to run 30 minutes a day on the elliptical machine (burning about 300-400 calories per session). I think I need to work out the abs more and try learn more about getting great abs.
So when I’m not chowing down on REAL Burgers from Apple Bee’s what am I eating?
- Organic Whole Wheat Sandwiches
- Assorted Nuts
- Low Fat Yogurt
- Fat Free Milk
- String Cheese
- Of course that’s not all, but that’s a summarization.
Things I want to add to my Diet
- fruits
- Salads (with not too much dressing)
Working towards it… but I need to get my diet right. Virtually eliminate FATTY foods and get out for that 30 minute run every single night.
I’ve convinced a friend to become my training buddy so this should help keep me motivated, I’m also gonna hit the gym more to work out & get the toning happening.
