i have no job. im not in college. i have no direction in life. i do NOTHING all day and stay up watching shit crappy movies all night. i really need 2 get my sleeping patterns back in sink so i can get myself in gear to persue what i really what to do.
i want to go to bed at 10.30 unless its a special occasion and wake up at 8.
any tips?
I began sleeping normal hours after working night shift for a few years. I felt soooo much better! It was amazing.
....as soon as I gave up, I got on a somewhat normal schedule.

I can do this when I sacrifice my homework. Not because I have a lot of homework, but because I for some reason am incapable of doing my homework before midnight.
its a slow process but im getting really tired around 12 or 1230 now when i used to get sleepy around 3 or 4am..so that’s getting better. I want to be sleep around 10 or 11 everynight. I’m betting i would feel less tired during the day…yeah duh
Back at uni and sleeping better than I can remember, usually about midnight getting up at 730. The best thing is that I have so much more energy through out the day its really noticable. Worth doing.
It’s 2:30AM and I am going to bed. I am guessing that doesn’t count as “normal”.
