build a house and live in it

Housing crisis? What housing crisis? There are plenty of nice, smelly vacant buildings to squat, no?

Oh, well if you insist, I’ll build my own house. It might take me a while but luckily the rent at my current place is so high that I stopped caring.

It would ideally be a treehouse, but I’ll look into underground ones too. Or, alternatively, a conventional one.

Gonna take years of planning, this one.
