    After 3 months of slowly gaining back 10 pounds from the 29 I had lost, I have started going down again. 2.6 pounds this week! YEA! Of course, I am training for the 3-Day Breast Cancer walk this fall, and I am walking 20+ miles a week. Maybe that has something to do with it.
