I’ve noticed my organs feel better and something nice happens to my spine when I sit up straight and when I stand straight when I’m exercising my eyes are able to focus less physically. But it (slouching) has been a long habit since I think I was born tired, so it has to be for short periods right now. But it’s good to focus on this especially since I’m increasing my calcium and my bones might grow crooked with the increased calcium if I dont 6 years ago
