    Delicious! 2 years ago

    I’ve started this goal this year by cooking zucchini stuffed with couscous, raisins, currants, and carrots and a side dish of sauteed cherry tomatoes. It was a success! All my friends enjoyed it and it was very healthy.

    I really need to spice it up... 3 years ago

    My modus operandi (sp?) is
    Starch, Vegetable, Meat, and Bean. All day, every day.

    Starch= rice, mashed/baked potatoe, spheghetti/linguini, etc.
    Veggies-usually mixed, brocolli, or some kind of greens/salad, corn cob
    Meat- chicken, beef or fish or seafood (shrimp)
    Bean-any and all kinds (whatever was on sale)

    This is usually it, all day everyday. Im truly in a rut.
    Im a decent cook, but this is boring.

    I think Ill start with Italian dishes,I love Italian, real Italian, not just pasta, with ragu sauce-yall know what I mean :)

    Then southern dishes, and soul food.
    Mexican is alot of fun to make as well.

    Yep, I need to change it up
