Over the weekend I watched this movie starring Cary Grant and Sophia Loren. It was cute.

Watched this movie yesterday and found myself laughing out loud a few times. Great movie. Cary Grant and Katharine Hepburn had amazing chemistry playing opposite each other – fantastic comedic pair. Be sure to watch it in a form where you can rewind back parts – some of the lines move so quickly, you really need to listen closely to get the full effect of the jokes. :) Highly recommend this one.

I saw this movie over the weekend. It was okay, but not one of the best. The actors were good, but the story and some of the writing was a little lacking.

Last night I watched Notorious with Cary Grant and Ingrid Bergman (also starring Claude Rains). Just so happened to catch it on TCM. Good movie, good story. Highly recommend it!

I watched Destination Tokyo last night. Good movie, and learning a little piece of trivia by reading the back of the DVD. Apparently, this was the only military movie Cary Grant made during the war.
Some of the dialogue seemed to be a bit “informational”... I felt like I was in a very odd classroom setting. However, the overall acting was great, including Alan Hale (later of Gilligan’s Island fame) and John Forsythe, although he does not get poster billing, or even mention on the DVD back cover (very early movie for him).

I watched this movie on Saturday and LOVED it. I highly recommend it. It’s one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time, and now one of my new favorites!

I love Cary Grant. So handsome, so suave, and a talented actor. I’ve seen some of his movies, but I’d love to make sure I’ve seen them all.
