ride on a red double-decker bus in London

I remember the thrill of riding on a London red double-decker bus when I was an eleven year-old kid.

I always would head upstairs to sit and watch the city pass by. Though if I sat in the very front, at times I would get a scare since I was used to driving on the other side of the road.

Love the red buses!

The old routemasters have now gone (the ones where you could hop on and off the back) and we now have lots of bendy buses (one long deck only). the main reason was the buses did not meet disability regulations so they got updated, ther are still double decker buses here, most are red, some of the better routes though like the 38 are bendy buses.

is really cool. Definately a must do, and of course, you HAVE to sit on the top deck!! :)
