If you have ever been to Zambia you will understand the dream of having a lodge or hotel in the rural areas. It is a bit difficult if you have no money and have to work full time. If any one has money and would like a share give me shout.

I want to study hotel administration in college. Few year later i hope to open a relatively small hotel in an urban setting.Using modernist and minimalist design. Another wish is that it has a roof top lounge. to see what im talking about check this website out.

Can’t believe we’re here. My wife and I have bought the Gun Lodge Hotel in Ardersier, Inverness—and now comes a whole new set of goals….. Fantastic
my dream is to transform a run down urban motel into a hip but real, neighborhood hotel / nightspot.
I would really like to own by own luxury hotel business, but I don’t really want to turn it into one of those giant chains like Howard Johnson or Hilton. But Maybe 3 or 4 resorts would be nice :]
Ideal locations:
Khao Lak Thailand
Somewhere in Caribbean
Hawaii
aaaaaah maybe someday
Our offer has been accepted on our first hotel (and business)
I hope to tell you all about it when all the legal stuff is done. This is a dream for us and to tell you the truth,Ididn’t really belive this would happen when I wrote this goal down.
Writing goals down works. It creates the focus that is needed to make things happen!!
I already own a guesthouse, but I wish to expand this business: I’d love to have two or three hotels or guesthouses in different places (seaside, montain, urban area). So, besides making money, I would be able to be moving from place to place, enjoying local particularities, and, at the same time, having staff who I could trust, that could take care of these businesses while I travell myself.
I want to buy the Topanga Ranch Motel on PCH just north of Santa Monica, CA. It’s a kitschy hotel of cottages across the (busy, suicidal to cross) street from the beach, but you know people had good times there and will for a long time to come…
For those of you who have ever driven to Vegas and stopped in Baker, CA – home of the world’s tallest thermometer whee – I want to buy the Hawaiian Hotel that’s out there too and have lots of luaus :)
I really would like to own a hotel, I know you have to start small but I want to eventually own a chain of hotels, you know, the ones like “The Hilton.” That would be a dream come true.
.....an amazing experience. It’s just such a demanding job. We owned a hotel in Scotland for a year. It was wonderful to meet so many people but if you do this make sure you do one main thing, namely structure your business so that you spend time working on it, rather than in it. By that I mean you need to plan more, come up for air occasionally and make sure you have staff to help you because whilst there will be days when you are cleaning the toilets, you shouldn’t let it be every day!
