"All works of love are works of peace." --Mother Teresa

I’ve read lots of good articles on the internet about overcoming procrastination and getting unstuck. I’ve written some 43-T comments, and read some that I received. MamaKitty has suggested imaging that I’m surfing on top of the problem. That’s probably more useful than surfing aimlessly on the internet. :)
I want to pay some more bills, but part of me has very stubbornly been refusing to co-operate.

...and then falling asleep early in the evening was how I spent my day yesterday. I’m not sure why I did it, but it’s done now.
At some point I read an interesting series of articles about procrastination at Slate magazine (starting here). That didn’t motivate me to take any action, but it did comfort me that I was in good company.
Hope I really am done with this goal today.

When you stay up all night killing countless cups of coffee and watching bad movies just for the hell of it. The older I get, the less I stay up just to stay up, but it’s still got that same pleasantly neurotic feeling to it.

Stop it! You don’t have to do things all the time. I like wasting time. It’s fun.

One corporation’s waste is maybe some individual(s) creative time. I’m doing THIS on company time, having hit a doldrum in the work, my current oevre. I’m supposed to be doing a manual on maintenance. Am mostly done, and waiting for my supervisor to come look it over. Or I’m thinking on how I’m best to proceed with the remaining work, should I add a trouble-shooting chapter to it.
Anyway, I’m on my way out of this onion bin, off to greener and possibly fallow pastures. Or can you say a pasture is fallow? Or is that just for fields? Well, those of you who are outstanding in your fields, speak up!
