...12 today. :) That makes me happy, since I started with 5 a day. Trying to work it up to 30.

... 10 sit-ups today and yesterday and also spent time outside today with my family on the trampoline and swing. Nice exercise! :)

...I did situps and some stretches and leg exercises today. It definitely makes me feel better and more flexible and comfortable. I hate sports and running and whatnot – just taking the time to move my body without worrying about anybody else or if I’m doing it ‘right’ feels really good.
I Cannot really do sit ups lol they are hard so i am goin to start by doin just 20 sit ups a day!! :) then gradually do more!! :)
Don’t bother with boring, high-rep exercise. Unless perhaps you’re training for a test, it’s worthless. If you want strong abs (a worthy goal), do exercises with high tension, like evil wheels, dragon flags, or Janda crunches. If you want a six-pack, or good abdominal tone, ditto.
If you think doing ab workouts will take away your belly fat, look up spot reduction and find out why it won’t work.
Im going to start with 50 sit ups a day.
20 when i wake up and 20 before bed, then the other 10 sometime during the day.
Once this starts getting easier i will up the game to 80, then 100, then 120 and so on and so forth!
I do 500 sit ups a day, right before I go to sleep. I have OCD, so it’s pretty much impossible for me to go to sleep without completing the ritual.
