    I noticed this month the OCD at ovulation but not at menstruation; pretty sure it was like that last month also. It’s a dumb compulsion to move something from where I put it originally, like it’s better artistically or something . ..

    Just read on celiac.com that celiac disease often causes or is correlated with autism-I have most of the symptoms of celiac and feel a definite difference when I avoid wheat/gluten

    It was very difficult to focus on reading at first today, but I got farther than the other 4 or 5 times I’ve tried to start my book. 3-5 times I got stuck reading the same paragraph over and over until I knew I’d comprehended it-I dont know what causes that. Toward the end of my reading today, I noticed I was starting to read faster

    the problem with anyone sending me healing energy is i have about zero emotional memory; this grounded feeling a few days ago and feeling like it’s ok to move slower and take my time is all gone

    My ‘inner child’ tried creeping back up the other day and I put her right in her place. I’d rather do it myself.

    Went out 2 nights ago for the first time in 2 months. I did take 2 benadryl first but I was still so judgemental even I couldnt stand it. It’s just frustration at not being able to find anyone ‘like me’

    am feeling more grounded at intervals, and ~almost in general. walked past the tools in the garage without feeling nervous. had a vision/image of my root chakra and how energy spirals out of it

    being more grounded helps with PTSD since it’s related to fear and when youre ungrounded supposedly it can make you more fearful

    The ADD is the worst problem for me of these right now-I need to research ways to heal from it without taking ritalin etc. Memory/concentration exercises maybe-also I may need to find some acceptance that I read slower than I used to and not get frustrated when it takes so long to read one page; maybe it will improve with time

    I’m going to try to observe when I get the mild OCD symptoms because I think it’s seldom and it may be menstrually related-at ovulation and menses-this is the same time I crave more protein/fish and have an increased appetite
