Im going to call this one completed. Sure I dont wear it every night (e.g. it definitely wasnt in my mouth last night), but I do wear it at least 5 nights a week, which is a huge improvement and Ive noticed that my teeth are better now too :) Basically what ive learnt is that if I keep it near my toothbrush then it reminds me to wear it, especially as before I was just forgetting due to my tired pre-sleep state :) 23 months ago
