i might have changed my mind on this one. really depends on where my fiance gets a good or where we end up and settle down to. i have a good job now training dogs and i enjoy it, other than the fact that ever now and then i get a retard pet parent who doesn’t understand english or at least doesn’t want to listen to me. i enjoy working with the dogs at least. maybe i’ll open my own dog training facility. or maybe work from home. or maybe travel to help others with their dogs. either way, i think i might just stick to what i’ve got. with the job market now a days and me having a for sure job doing what im doing now.. definitely going to stay with it. :) so.. maybe in a few weeks i’ll say so long to this goal..

How I did it: Okay, I am not DONE with law school, I will add completing it to my list and consider this goal to be GETTING INTO law school and committing to attending, etc.I applied to tons of places. Most shocking rejection was my alma mater, Mercer, who waitlisted me. My numbers were well over their averages! Most amazing acceptances- Samford and Kent. Did not attend either, but still nice to be loved.Attending: U of Arkansas, Fayetteville. Love the … Read how I did it…

Okay, so I’m faaaarrrrr from law school, but i am working my way there! I’m entering a community college upgrade program to get my marks up there so I can’t accepted into a university for my undergraduate! phew! By this time next year I’ll be accepted into DAL or St. Mary’s and then four years from that, law school! It’s a long haul, but it’s something I really want to do!
So I took the LSATs and applied to nine schools
1. Fordham: rejected.
2. American: wait listed.
3. Brooklyn: still waiting.
4. Cardozo: wait listed.
5. Rutgers Newark: wait listed.
5. Rutgers Camden: still waiting.
6. Seton Hall: ACCEPTED (part-time program).
7. New York Law school: ACCEPTED (10k/yr scholarship)
8. Pace: ACCEPTED (and declined, even with $27k/yr scholarship)
So it looks like either NYLS or Seton Hall. Suggestions are appreciated.
I was accepted to my first choice school, with a full ride scholarship. I feel so honored and thankful. Now the hard stuff really begins.
Ashley is trying to get through hundreds of pages of IR reading
I’m only a sophomore undergrad, but I took a practice LSAT and scored a 161. Right now I need to beef up my LSAT score, raise my GPA a little, and try to be all around appealing. I think I want to go to law school in the DC or NYC area.
I have a semi plan in the works, and those plans include taking the LSAT in June and hopefully doing well on it the first time and then apply to law schools and get in and then start attending law school in the fall of 2010.

I am a full-time, non-traditional (28 years old) college student working on my Bachelor’s of Applied Sciences in Paralegal Techonology. I am going to be a junior in the fall and plan to get out into the workforce for a few years and then go to law school, once both of my kids are in school all day.
