I swing dance once a week and someone I know from dance just got a motorcycle a while back. I’ve wanted to ask for a ride, and finally I did! It was short, a bit over 5 minutes, just to the restaurant we meet at after we dance, but I enjoyed it.
Didn’t have any badass leather chaps on or anything, just a helmet and gloves.
I would totally switch to a motorcycle from a car if I lived in a less populated area. Part way through my ride I understood how unsafe it really is compared to a car. Zero protection, but going the same high speeds… It’s exhilarating to feel the wind rushing around you through.
So.. not something I would do on a regular basis, but another thing off my bucket list! 7 months ago
