working on my food issues first. and i am doing that by concentrating on how i feel when i eat. eating when i feel hunger. still have to work on a food journal. maybe i should do that now.
i am on a weightloss plan to get into a 14 by may 24…during this time is when i decided to work on my food issues. every time i go into my closet i see the clothes i bought recently that i can’t fit…LOTS OF MOTIVATION
