own my own restaurant

I want to own my own restaurant and serve food made from ingredients from our farm. I already have a place picked out and just need to secure some funding

This is the whole point to my life at the moment. Going back to college and all the plans I make are with this goal in mind. I dont want anything flash, I have the picture in my mind and I will graft 24/7 to get it and keep it going.

I have wanted this since I was about 10 years old. I am never going to stop wanting this. I am taking steps to make my dream come true. I am willing to sacrifice, lose sleep, get scared, take chances, and work harder on this than anything else but two things: my family and losing weight. Those come first. But I think it all goes hand in hand. I will find the balance.

yea i have to do this. everyone agrees that cooking is a gift and that i should expound on it. i kind of want to open a tapas bar but a sit down joint would be good. gonna get away from the soul food inspired stuff though. maybe just a mix of things, some asian dishes, italian, french, spanish, cajun/creole, west indian, east indian. just a mix of things. i think it can be done. this is way down the line though, like in 15 yrs.

I have all these ideias about recipes, presentation, decoration. My girlfriend also have ideas. Most of them better than mine.
And I have a perfect sous-chef and an ideal manager. All I lack is money.

I’ve been in the business since I was 15. I’ve developed a concept and even have the perfect location for it. All I need now is the financial backing.
