How to elect a peaceful president
It made me
cry tears of joy 
"Finally, an election that made me so happy that I wanted to cry."
How I did it: I woke up this morning, and got ready. Then I walked through Winnemac Park to go to the polling station and I voted for Barack Obama. And, other people voted for him, too. And then, he WON!!!!!

Perhaps the selection panel would be composed of people who wwere famed for their peace brokering skills and nonviolent careers. Such people as the Dalai Lama, or Nelson Mandela, the woman who planted all the trees in Africa and received a Nobel Peace prize, or the woman in Miyanar who is also a Nobel recipient.
Oh well, just wishful thinking.

One amendment I would be in favor of

is that all Presidential candidates be given a psyche evaluation by expert psychologist to determine if they are mentally stable for the job. Not some coward who dodged the Vietnam War and is now trying to prove that he is NOT a coward by starting 2 wars to prove his manhood. Or some idiot that is trying to prove to his dad that he can outdo hom.
