How to work on my social anxiety
How I did it: I am not at all saying I am over this one bit. I take it a day at a time like I said. I work on it little by little. I try and go out in group settings a few times every few week. Sometimes things still feel a bit awkward but I know I can be better and feel better.
FYI it didnt take me 100 days, I dont count that. This goal has been up for a while actually.
Lessons & tips: Sometimes its good to have a familiar face with you where ever you are. Also, if you start to get anxious, take slow deep breathes and relax!! :)
