Ok, so I worked out this morning. Only 4 more days left to work out this week. :)
So I’ve been at my goal for this month and I wish I could get a step ahead for next month. No luck with that yet…still at 155. But I’m not pushing myself I’m happy that I reached my goal and I’ll continue to work hard and be disciplined.
So I’ve been extremely sick lately which actually helped with me losing weight. ;) I’ve really worked to keep the weight off. With half a month still left I’m already at my goal for this month. Maybe I can get ahead! We’ll see what happens. ;-)
I did Slim in 6 again today. Just one more step closer to my goal! :)
Ok, so I did Slim in 6 again today. It feels so good to work out. I can just feel the pounds melting away! :)
So yesterday we had some unexpected plans with friends come up which totally threw off my work-out schedule. However, I did manage to do some push-ups before I went to bed. Not what I had hoped for but it’s better than nothing. :)
So I figured out if I lose 5 pounds a month I will be where I want to be by my 5th wedding anniversary. I’m sure we will do something on the beach for our anniversary, we LOVE the ocean. I want to be comfortable and confident in myself while wearing a bikini. I’ve been eating less sugar and now I’m looking to implement exercise every day even if it’s not an hour of working out at least some push-ups, getting on the exercise bike or something. So here I go…starting on December 1st. Below are my target weights and dates:
December 31st
Goal: 155
Result: 156 (Not quite there but still extremely happy with this!!! I can’t wait to be down to 150 at the end of Jan.)
