Both times were the best holidays of my life – i’m only 26 and my 1st was when i was 22. Me and best mate loved it. If you cant go on holiday for a few years to save, i totally recomend it – just go with someone you love, cos you are confined with them for most of the time and if you dont get on – it wont be very nice.

Funny that my first cruise was of the Mediterranean and I have never even been to the Caribbean. This one should be easy to rectify though, since cruise deals happen all the time in the states :)
I got seasick practically every day, which really really puts a damper on things. But the places we went (Aruba, Curacao, St. Thomas, St. Maartin) were fantastic. We went on Royal Carribbean’s Adventure of the Seas, which is a great ship. Food was awesome, and lots of it. I should have gotten some seasickness meds beforehand because I had a feeling that would happen. I did enjoy the vacay, but if given the choice, I would rather park it on one beach for a week.
omg, a 7th day cruise through the caribbean was the best vacations ive ever had, i didnt know cruises were this fun, i chose carnival destiny by the way… a great way of meeting ppl too, i didnt want to leave :( , ,, and i miss my new friends. . . best island accordin to me : barbados =)
The Caribbean is simply awesome. I was on Royal Caribbean for 7 days. It is the very best way to spend a vacation.
I finally cruised the caribbean. We chose Princess, and cruised with 17 members of my family!
My favorite stop: Aruba. Truly, one of the greatest places I’ve ever been. From the Ayers rock formations, to off-roading in rented Geos, to wandering the myriad shops in every direction, and even walking right into the ocean and snorkeling.
Loved it, and will go back. I will. :)
And oh yeah, I finally swam with dolpins. Another check on the life list!
I have been on 2 cruises to the Exotic Western Caribbean and am very much looking forward to my 3rd cruise with a destination of the Eastern Caribbean!! I had the time of my life and wanted to stay forever!
This year I went on an Eastern Caribbean Cruise and it was one of the best times I’ve ever had!! The ship was amazing and we never ran out of things to do. Not to mention how gorgeous the Caribbean is.
Just a year ago I thought cruises was only for seniors. I mean, what’s the fun in being on a ferry?! Oh, how opinions change!
Doesn’t this picture say it all?
Cruises are awesome! Our last was to the Western Caribbean. It was exciting and beautiful. We saw Mayan ruins in Belize, swam with the stingrays in Grand Cayman, were on a beautiful beach in Cozumel, experienced the culture of Mexico at another stop…. cruising is an awesome vacation where you unpack once and get to see many new places!
