delicious chocolate cupcakes with mocha frosting. if only the other 23 looked as presentable as this one. need to work on making them pretty. and on not eating all the leftover frosting in one sitting.

i experimented and now i can make wheat free cupcakes which are delicious and delectable :)
it’s pretty much a weekly activity now for me to bake a cake, turn out little cupcakes or dish up brownies for friends. yum yum

I made just a little over 100 cupcakes yesterday. I even made my own buttercream frosting to go on them. And my co-workers love them! Yay me! I can’t wait to have a reason to make more. :)

I also added some instant mocha powder to part of it to make mocha buttercream to put on the devil’s food cakes I made. I highly recommend this method! It is yummy!!

Now that I work at a great place and with the perfect cupcake holiday coming up (Halloween)I have taken steps…I went out and bought a mini muffin pan, mini cupcake papers, a cooling rack and some really fun Halloween cake decorations. I am so ready to bake!

Yesterday, I made triple chocolate cupcakes for my cousins, requested by my aunt who thought that fruit tart wouldn’t suit their pallate… tonight I made a White cake with pink almond buttercream frosting and tomorrow I have to make a lemon cake and truffles for my mom’s easter supper… I will post pictures when I find my camera…

mmmm i made the most delicious vanilla cupcakes w/coconut buttercream frosting. i dyed the frosting hot pink for v-day :)
my bf loved them and ate 9 of them!! haha
