7lb’s to go. I want this completed by the end of the year. I have 5 weeks to lose the remaining 7lbs.
How I did it: I've been attending weight watchers following their discover plan. I point everything I eat with the philosophy 'if I bite it write it' down on my tracker. I've lost 25lbs so far and have great plans to get to goal this year.

for a while but I’ve climbed back on the wagon. I want to have completed this goal by the end of this year. I have 8.5lb’s to go.

I’m still at the 15.5lb lost mark. I’ve got a lot of vegetables in and am making a concentrated effort this week so hopefully by next week I’ll be a little closer to that 25lb goal.

Every Wednesday is “Weigh in Wednesday”. Lost 3 pounds this week. That’s a total of 12lbs gone!

Hopefully if I have a good week ‘ll be at the halfway mark (12.5lb’s) by this time next week. :D

Okay, so my current and my goal are all insync! Thats my weight for today and i’m planning serious weight loss…. i’ve a date next saturday night and i need to look hot! Whats the most I may be able to lose in the next 7 days. Definately 7lbs anyway.
