So that’s almost three weeks I’ve been going to the gym now and I can feel my muscles are tighter under the flabby bits and I’m noticing my work skirts are a bit looser on me too.
I’m not going to weigh myself for another 3 weeks or so. Hopefully I’ll be seeing some significant changes in myself. If not in weight, at least in shape.

After having a health check done at the gym I find that 10stone is actually a stone under my ideal weight.
So I’m aiming for 11 now instead!

A week on and I’ve lost 3kg.
So today I weigh 83kg which is about 183lbs.

I know I shouldn’t have weighed myself again so soon but I actually couldn’t resist. It appears that today I weigh 86kg. This is good, this is 1kg less than my initial starting weight (87kg) and 3kg less than yesterdays horror.

I’ve only been exercising and eating healthily (mostly) for about 3 days and I’ve put on 2kg in that time. Bollocks. I’ve just weighed myself and this second I weigh 14 stone on the button – 196.2lbs for all you Americans out there.
