… I hadn’t had a lot of “anonymous finder”, but it worth it !
A few books were founds by a team of readers : one in a wheel chair, listening, and the other one pushing the wheel chair, reading loud.

replace it with a more realistic goal for me: make a tiny, but consistent contribution to bookcrossing.com.
Calissa wonders why she's so tired lately.
Worth every minute. My books have travelled to places I haven’t, I’ve met some lovely people and I now have friends all over the world. Not to mention the fact my to read pile has grown exponentially. Totally worth the experience.
Seeing as i’ve released 3,700 books in the 18 months i’ve been a BC member!

and still haven’t managed to register 38 books! And I wanted to post another 39 by my next birthday.
Since finish moving was last month’s big goal, this’ll be my goal for November. To finish registering the books. And hopefully go to a bookcrosser’s meeting, barring any recitals, etc.
I have been bookcrossing for one year as of yesterday. I also got my second wild catch yesterday (see here.)
i like to read, but never have enough books. so i like to exchange it with others bookcrossers. and to get someone i don’t know to read a book makes me happy

I was hoping to register 38 books by my birthday. But it’s since come and gone, and I’ve only registered 15 books. I’m also going to donate a bunch of little kid’s board books to the shelter where one of thedrop-off sites are, I didn’t register these, since they’re board book, and don’t have blank pages or title pages, didn’t seem appropriate. Hope it’s ok to drop it off in the same box.
I’m going to try to register the 38 by the ned of August. And then I can start on my next goal, of 39 by the following year?
With a whole bunch of people from the dutch BC forum, we’re doing a combined bid on a lot of 900(!!) books on eBay. If we win it, we’ll split it up evenly … think of the abundance of books that will be released not long after!
What a good feeling to leave a book in the wild for others to read it and pass it on!!
