Right now I am putting in the max for my work to match. BUT, not the max allowable. I hope to pay off a few bills, pay down my mortgage and then up the amount. The fund has actually been doing pretty good lately, so at least I am seeing some significant increases even though I am not funding to the max. Maybe another year or two for this goal to be reached. (That is optimistic)
