so now I’m really looking forward to heading up to Ottawa again. Such a festive place to be during the winter. Too bad the canals are not frozen over at this time of year because I think the atmosphere would be even better. January/February is when I think I can. 6 years ago

last year. Earlier this year was much too warm. I am hoping it gets really cold for a while in January or February because this is a really good time. Tons of people and endless skating, concerts, food. 6 years ago
