Well, I quit working at that gym. It’s back to waitressing for a while. So I am moving even more than I did when I was actually exercising!
It’s more about getting toned than losing weight for me, though.
Well, I quit working at that gym. It’s back to waitressing for a while. So I am moving even more than I did when I was actually exercising!
It’s more about getting toned than losing weight for me, though.
I have been working at a gym for the last few months, so I get to work out for free. My waist is slowly getting wittled to the size I want it. I also bought an exercise belt to help things along. Of course, I am eating sensibly, no diet pills or anything right now. I was taking some detox pills for a couple of weeks, which did help to give my metabolism a boost, but otherwise, I love my vegetables! And my Japanese cuisine!
I rejoined weight watchers. I thought it would give me a boost.

I need to learn that it’s a lifestyle change not temporary.
I joined Weight Watchers a few weeks ago. I’ve lost 9 pounds so far! It’s not much, but it’s a start.
My weight loss has been slow; I’m now down about 22 from my high point, but still have another 25 to go before I’ll feel comfortable and a considerable amount more before my physician will shut up.
I’ve changed my eating radically (have switched to a strict piscetarian diet—no land animal products, period.) and am actually very happy with that, but I’m having a harder time regaining some healthy habits for a variety of reasons I won’t whine about here.
Still working towards this, just not very fast.
