The Truth About 6 Pack Abs is a great guide. Found another one, has anyone tried it?
How to lose weight and keep it off
How I did it: Here is my basic info.:160cm, 45kg.
My weight increased to 50kg after gave birth to my son.And the problem was I couldn't be on a diet for feeding my son.So I had to keep three meals a day with adequate nutrition.
Lessons & tips: My principles on food was below:
1.Stand or walk at least 40 minutes after meals
2.Never eat fried food and high-caloric diet
3.Eat less food on supper
4.Drink more water
5.Eat more apple, vegetables and healthy food
6.Never eat before sleep
It took me four months to be 45kg again which seemed to be too slow.I have no time to do physical exercise because of my son.
Maybe my tips are useful for you guys, I hope so!

It’s been two steps forward and one step back, with the ultimate outcome being another 4 pounds gone and an overall loss of 26 lbs since my last recorded high point. For the first time in a while, I have a goal, rather than just making lifestyle changes that will encourage weight loss. I’d like to loose about 20 lbs by April. To do this, I’ll have to make actual diet noises, so I’m viewing this as a short term attempt to speed things up for my own encouragement.
Good nutrition plays a MAJOR part in fat loss. Eating fresh foods like fruits, veggies, fish, lean meat can go a long way. And that means eating out less – which both my wife and I have done (We’ve actually follow the nutritional guidelines in The Truth About Six Pack Abs)
Also, we’ve cut out alcohol and the fizzy drinks!
We cook more and eat more healthy mini meals, and opt for NO second serves. If we have cravings, we eat fruits or low fat snacks.
And when we exercise, we go hard using interval training and super set workouts.

About 60 more to go. The last 21 came off in the last 53 days, because… I went RAW. Yep, I’m a raw foodist, and does it ever feel good. And one can’t argue with the results. Weight is melting off, energy is up, my skin looks wonderful…
Still 8 or 10 kg more to be removed.
I’ve done two things:- Followed the No S Diet (http://www.nosdiet.com/). As simple as possible, but not simpler.
- Exercised. During the months August through October I bicycled to work, 10 km each way. Now during winter I try to walk at least half an hour every day, but the weight is hardly being reduced. When snow and ice is gone again around Easter, I will start bicycling again.

Losing some weight, but very slowly. I found that I need a real goal to work towards in able to become more fit. This may sound extreme, but I have begun a triathlon training program. So far I completed a half-marathon last October, with another planned for this Saturday. While I may not be losing a lot of weight, I feel that my body is stronger and performing better. My 1st sprint distance triathlon is planned for 1 March 2009.
I bought a scale for the house. I realized that due to the election volunteering, I missed enough meetings that I would have had to repay the 35 dollar initiation fee. Screw that, I can weigh myself at home.

lose the last 5.9kgs to get to my goal weight and stay under 60 for next 5 yrs
After getting the Nike iPod I begann running more often during the week. Also, I joined Weight Watchers. I am slowly but surely losing weight and feel that I am doing well.

No, I’m not severly overweight. I don’t cry at night because I feel as if I am obese. But I am clearly aware of the fact that I balloon up and down at least twice a year. I always feel so sexy when I’m thinner and get all mopey when I gain it back. I just want to stay at a healthy, attractive weight (which for me is 145 lbs) for good.
