KATHMANDU, Nepal (AP)—A 76-year-old Nepalese man reached the summit of Mount Everest on Sunday and became the oldest person to climb the world’s highest mountain, a tourism official said.
The man is going to be 77 is less than a month.
This has nothing to do with my goal of seeing Mt. Everest. It’s just neat and I wanted to write about it somewhere.
The next person that says they’re too old to do something is going to be told to shut up.
I want to see Mt. Everest. I don’t want to climb it. Not because I’m too old (I’m not) but because it’s too dangerous. Seriously, it’s crazy dangerous.
Looking at it is just fine with me.

My sister Jean and I have decided that we will trek next October. So much planning and moolah is involved. Can’t wait. Hope by then I will have a significant other and that Jean also has a significant other so that they can come with us.

It was amazing!!!
I flew from Kathmandu airport on an hours flights that cost me a fortune!!!But well worth it!!!
I was surprised as it didn’t appear as large as I thought it would in comparison to the other mountains surrounding it but it is something you’ll never forget.
