One more class to go. I LOVE it, its so much fun. I would love to do more classes but its so expensive… it works out $28 per class, and I already go to yoga and pilates so I might go a term, skip a term! At least until after we buy a house.

I starting looking into this and I found out the gym across the road from my work runs a 8 week pole dancing course. What are the chances? There seems to only be a few places around Sydney that do pole dancing courses so I think this is definitely a sign. I am going to enrol in the next intake. Pity I only work with men or I could have dragged a colleague with me :)

There’s a place downtown that has aerobic pole dancing classes. I think it’d be fun, but it’s a matter of fitting it into my schedule. That, and it’s money, which I have none of. I think I could ask my parents for some money for some workout classes, but I’d have to be sort of vague as to exactly what it’s going toward.

I am very interested in taking pole dancing classes, but I can’t find any classes in my area.

Killed my arms, which made it promising, but it left bruises on my thighs. That’s a deal breaker.

it's supposed to be very good for fitness 2 years ago

And being an instructor I should research all the latest techniques, right? There was a stand at a fitness convention that I attended recently but I didn’t have the bottle to try it in front of loads of people. I need a one to one instructor, just til I get confident, then I’ll put a pole in my bedroom. How sexy would that be? Hey babe welcome home, come see what I’ve got for you!!!!!!!

Feel sexy 2 years ago

Everyone enjoys feeling sexy and I think this will be a fun way to get that. I’m not as skinny as some and don’t have a flat tummy but regardless I think most of sexiness is simply attitude and happiness with one’s body. I’ve come to enjoy my curves over the last year but I think this will take it one step farther. That and I’ve always thought it would be fun. So right now I’ve talked to a friend about taking some intro classes in the near future!
