    The new guy gave notice a few weeks after moving in. Ended up out of pocket because of buying the bed etc. Very annoying.

    However my bro’s g/f moved in and a friend needed a room temporarily so I have a full house and extra money coming in

    I now have 2 lodgers.

    The new guy moved in on 3rd Jan. So now I can tackle those debts. It’ll have to start next month though as I had to buy furniture & bedding, which is a pain and an expense I didn’t want to have …it’s usually unfurnished.
