to get the blood moving.
However, now it’s coming to winter it could be boring walking in the dark :S

Walking worked for a while. Its never gonna be a long term thing, that i quickly realised..
ok so i started doing this…kind of. for about 3 days, i would haul myself outta bed at 7, throw on something comfy and warm and just go our the door, making sure to keep my keys in hand because when i’m bleary eyed i’m likely to lock myself out and that would suck immensely. then i would just head off in some direction, and cruise around my neightbourhood for about a 1/2 hour. once i made it really far! it was awesome…the world is completely different at that time of day…there are smells and sounds i had forgotten after so many late nights and tired mornings spent entirely in rushing to work…the light is even different, somehow refreshing…
i’m planning to keep doing it, but lately it has been WAY too cold! and the earlier it is, the colder it is. so right now this is on hiatus. but i Totally reccommend doing this to anyone who has ever even considered it. and please nte that i am in No way a “morning person”...although i might be becoming one ;)

Waking up. Getting outside in the fresh air, taking in a deep breath, strolling past quite houses, beautiful gardens, looking out to the world which is silent and still and just feeling lucky to be part of something so great. That’s why I want to start walking in the morning.
