God I wish I could do this. Me, a box of books, a box of notebooks, a box of pencils & sharpener, a small amount of music and food. I honestly think I’d sell my soul for this.

The predicted high temperature for today is -5 F, so retreating to a cabin on the shores of Lake Superior sounds like a great idea, providing there is adequate heat and indoor plumbing, of course. I would bring a big pile of books, my sweetie, some friends, food, coffee, hot chocolate and board games.
