    It is part of my routine (now) to exercise at least 4 times a week again. Worth doing!

    run 3 kms. Monday-Wednesday, Friday-Saturday.

    Today: Monday 25 June 2007
    Run 3 kms. + 30 crunches + 20 pushups
    I don’t go anywhere, just haunt at my shop so I don’t have other activities, except running.

    ran 3 kms each day Monday to Thursday, took a break on Friday and Saturday. Ran again 3 kms each day on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. I also did 15 pushups and 30 crunches today. Felt great!

    I was walking one hour twice a day. I feel stronger and my energies are coming back. No crunches this time but I will as soon as possible.

    Monday – Friday : I ran 4 kms each day. I tried to run at least 4 kms 4-5 days a week.

    During the weekend : I was busy moving and it was great for exercise too as I had to run up and down the stairs from first floor to third floor many times a day.

    I walked each day 1 hour and I also did my crunches (6 sets of 20 repetitions). Days are getting hot so, I am increasing my water intake. I need to be more constant with this goal in order to get good results.

    Run 3 kms, 24.39 mins + 30 crunches + weight lifting

    Run 3 kms, 22.58 mins

    Friday 25 May 2007
    Run 4 kms, 31.56 mins + 30 crunches + weight lifting

    lol Without trying. But I’m too tall to be 54.5. Oh well one day I feel fat, one day not. What’s a girl to do.

    you’ll get to the point where you tell yourself you have to take one day off. Exercise and fitness in general is addicting!

    I force myself to take Sundays off—only hiking or power walking. Muscles need a rest.
