learn to swear in every major language

Learn to recite a long, filthy phrase in italian, full of the most disgusting multi-syllabic expletives, lots of ladies of the night, body parts, animals, strong odours…you know.

If someone questions you about it, tell them (with as straight a face as you can muster), that it is from Dante’s Divine Comedy. Yes, at times of stress you find that quoting elaborate medieval italian poetry very cathartic.

I want to be able to use the more arcane and comical profanities, the kind of swearing that stuns and disarms.

But you can always tell these people to f*%k off.

I have a book on swearing in lots of different languages. But I prefer to talk to people to make sure the pronounciation is just right. 6 years ago
