ladybird excited about 2010 resolution on 43T :-)
...one day i’ll learn to play it…
I just hung up the phone after talking to Shelby D. She has a friend who is trying to sell a saxophone for maybe $150 or $200. (but maybe she’ll take $100?????) I hope. Because that’s much more do-able. But still… it’s a beautiful feeling thinking that maybe a saxophone is within my reach.
it’s the only man i will ever love!
all my friend’s are saving for cars….i saved for a sax :]
love live godfrey!
Anyone have one they’d like to give me? Seriously. That’d be great. I know I’ve probably been talking about this too much and annoying a few of my friends. I can’t help it. The heart wants what it wants, and my heart wants a saxophone. If it’s gold with pearl keys, that’s definitely a plus. I’ve still got music and reeds from when I used to play, and they too long for a saxophone.
my god, these things are so expensive.
why on earth did i choose to play tenor?!
i’ve been saving for months and i’m not even halfway there.
:[
This is becoming more difficult than I anticipated. I was hoping to get a decent quality tenor saxophone for my birthday, but they cost a lot more than I realized (I played in high school, but I just rented the school’s instrument). Looks like I’m going to just have to save up myself to get one.

That I took up the clarinet because I wanted a saxophone but couldn’t afford one! Well, I still play the clarinet (almost 15 years later) but haven’t got around to the saxophone yet.
I’d want to get either a soprano, or maybe a pocket sax (because they are SO much easier to afford – even though they sound like a clarinet/sax cross).
