do more with my hair

I spent all day studying and decided to tie my hair up, now that it’s at the awkward length up to my shoulder. I always dislike how my hair bulges at the back of my neck when it’s this length. But anyhoo, I tied it up… and even used bobby pins- for the first time. Nothing much… but it’s a start~

Start doing your hair. Do it EVERY Day.

Curled my hair for fun, which was a big change to my usual hairdo: straight and flat.
I’m thinking of curling my hair again, except permanently, when it’s longer.

Changed my part to the side rather than the middle. I wanted to get bangs, but I gave myself (slight) bangs by doing that. The only reason I haven’t done much with my hair was because how weird I would look without bangs so… I’m set. I think I’ll wear a headband next.

I think it looked good, my face looks a little chubby in the picture but oh well…

This was just an experiment. I unfortunately had to look up instructions on how to do my hair, before I could do my hair. I suck at being a girl.

Other than that, I just got some mousse and some hairspray, so I should be learning to do something other than the same exact style I do every single day.

I used to tie my hair up in many different ways… but it took up too much of my mornings and I sort of stopped. Now I’m so used to keeping it down, I can’t tie it up without people making a comment on it. Plus, I’m sort of insecure about it… what if I have a hairy neck? Yeah, I know that sounds weird… O_o

I used to only wear my hair down… but as I got older I realized how ugly it looked. So then I started wearing it up all the time. People started telling me “Oh you need to wear your hair down”
So now I do all kinds of things with it. Buns, ponytails, down and curly, down and straight, and half up and half down!

i finally got a real haircut… first time since i cut off 22 inches 2 years ago. now i actually wear it down & get to show (what i have left) off!

actually with the curlers in my hair. So yes, I’m pretty much accomplishing this goal. :)

I have a little afro now. But when it grows a litle bit more I will have a real afro! Well, maybe not :( (but it would be amazing! :)
