learn to ignore mean people

people who have to micro manage things. Micro managing the universe cannot possibly be any fun. Especially when you are a newish employee. I guess thats some peoples way of fitting in or establishing importance IDK.

I have found myself running into people that are just mean because they can be- you know, like people who say no just because they can. :(
