i finally got back on track with this. =) I am so proud of myself.

I dole out a week’s worth at a time into the box with 7 flaps. So in the morning when I wash my face, I take vitamin C, B6, and a Ca+D chew. At night when I wash up, I take the multi. So far, so good! I think I’m back in the habit.
Although last week I had a shot of liquid multi (tasted like total ICK!) and I slept so well… I’ll think about it, but right now I’ve got a good thing going.

i got some vitamins on buy-1-get-1-free this evening. now i should put them into the day-minder box so i don’t have to fiddle with the bottles every day. i used to take my multi daily, and a couple of months ago, i don’t know what happened. i got to the end of the day-minder and never filled it back up. so simple…
I think this is the key. I take alot of vitamins, and take them with my meals. This is how I don’t forget to take them—I know that if I’m eating, I should be taking my vitamins. I have breakfast lunch and dinner vitamins. I started taking daily vitamins seriously on Jan 1, 1993 (that was my new years resolution for that year) and have doing so ever since;coming on 14 years now!
