eat responsibly

I knew that it would be tough getting through Christmas and trying to eat responsibly. I was stay ing with my wonderful aunty and uncle who made sure I had a big load of complex carbohydrates for breakfast every day though – which was quite inspiring!

Healthy dinner last night, then chocolate cake for breakfast this morning.

(Was going to save the cake til after lunch, but had a stressful morning and needed it!!)

last night I went to the supermarket and bought 5 ready meals – they were the healthy ‘Yes I’m looking after myself’ ones.

It’s a start!

(No chocolate last night, had cherries for dessert instead!)

chocolate freckles and coconut rough.

This is irresponsible!!

I despair of making progress in meeting this goal.

Basically I can’t stand cooking, food preparation, or food shopping. I think I need to marry a nice chef.

Or get TeddyC to cook for me more often!
