Okay. I’m registered, I’m in. I’ve waited a long time to do this. And I need to get psyched. (Right now, I’m just intimidated.)
Goal- Exercise 5 days per week for endurance. Get in one strong training ride within the next 7 days.
Did a hour spinning class yesterday. I must keep the resistance up in order to make it count. I can hurt a little now or a lot later.
