I need to increase my energy level, I sleep easily 11 hours a day because of the medicine that I take. Here are my ideas to avoid that tired feeling!
1. Take a multi-vitamin
2. Take magnesium
3. Take chromium picolinate
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Get fresh air
6. Exercise
7. Lose weight
8. Think about happy, funny things when I am bored
9. Meditate
10. Build muscle
11. Know the limits of my attention span and move on before I get bored and sleepy. Right now, it’s about 2 hours.
12. Breathe properly
13. Eat light
14. Call a friend or play with the dog and cat
15. Spritz on some perfume
16. Stop taking the medicine that makes me tired in the first place!
17. Do stretching exercises
18. Have an energizing mantra
19. Try using smelling salts
20. Do jumping jacks
21. Cool off
22. Listen to peppy music
23. Write
