surprised myself and my body – and breezed thru the basic workout after a long break!
ok, well, I admit my legs not reaching as high as they did a few years ago BUT watch out world!!
will be doing minimum 3 workouts per week
trying to find a copy of the 1998 vhs series – especially the ‘8 minute workout’
I am a huge fan of Billy Blanks and the Taebo workouts. I have pretty much all of them and, coupled with Weight Watchers, they are the reason I’m 50 pounds lighter.
I recently got the AMPED series and WOW – what a workout! At first I thought it was easier than the bootcamp series – boy, was I wrong! My arms and shoulders have never gotten such a workout.
Billy is very motivating and really keeps you going. And you have fun!
내가 지금까지 해왔던 운동 중 가장 오래해온 운동.
작년에 9개월 정도하고,
올해도 벌써 3달째,
무엇보다 먼저 운동량이 많고
스트레스가 풀린다는 점에서 태보를 높이 평가한다.
안타까운 점은
요즘 감기때문에 폐활량이 줄어서 운동이 약간 버겁다는 점
건강한 춘기로 거듭나서
운동을 열심히 해야겠어용.
