    Stretching is great. 2 years ago

    It feels so good!! And in the mornings, it helps you wake up if you can just push yourself to touch the floor for 20 seconds or so. After a week of stretching for about an hour a day (I didn’t have much to do…), I was able to do a split! And it really didn’t hurt!
